FAQ's

Does sharing my story mean I can come on the podcast?

We do receive a lot of requests to be a guest on the podcast. It is something we evaluate and pray over. If you contact us about the podcast, we will follow up with you if we would like to schedule something. If you did not hear from us, it may mean that we are extremely busy and may reach out in the future.

I just want to say thank you!

It means the world to us that you wanted to reach out and say thank you! Honestly, we get more messages from people expressing their gratitude than anything else, and we are grateful to be used by God to give you His grace, love, and hope throughout your incarceration. The biggest thing that you can do now is don't let it stop in prison. The biggest thank you to us is living out those same principles here on the outside. Get in a good bible-based church. Get real community and accountability in your life, and God will take you further than you could ever imagine!

Can I talk to you?

Yes, we do create space to be able to meet you in person. Please keep an eye on our social media to see our events. . The best way is to reach out to us in our contact form, but due to the volume of messages that we do receive, we are not always able to talk to you on the phone or meet in person.

Can I share my story in a prison?

Response times may vary depending on demand and program schedules, but we aim to respond as quickly as possible and provide timely support whenever needs are shared.

There are opportunities once you become a TDCJ state-approved volunteer, attend our orientation, and are able to come in with us. We encourage people, as they come in, in the beginning, as we get to know you, to talk with inmates, and we create opportunities to pray. After a few visits, we do create space for you to be able to share your story.
