We have Partnered With Bexar County Re‑Entry
We encourage all San Antonio area residents to contact the Bexar County Re-Entry office to This allows them to meet with you one-on-one, complete an assessment, and connect you with the most appropriate services. It also helps ensure the support you receive is tailored to your individual needs, and gives them the opportunity to walk you through the process. If you are not in the Bexar County area, we have a separate list of resources for you for the state of Texas. Please choose that and contact us through the form on the bottom of this page.

This list is not just information but a lifeline to returning citizens. As no one of us can meet all of the needs, it takes us all to come together to collectively and holistically meet the unique needs of each person.

We have partnered with Neimiah Abilene that provides a no-cost one-year transitional living faith-based program. Currently, their program is open to anyone who is not on parole. For more information and to contact them, please visit their website below.

Request a Backpack from Worthy People
We have backpacks that include some basic hygiene essentials, socks, and underwear as well as a bible and devotional. We will schedule a time to meet you or drop off the backpack to you.

Do you only work in prisons?
No, Worthy People’s work extends beyond prisons. In addition to prison outreach, they support individuals transitioning back into society and engage with communities through various programs and initiatives.
Do You Offer Transitional Housing?
No, Worthy People does not have or offer housing directly, but I have partnered with organizations that do throughout the state of Texas.
