FAQ's
Do you offer transitional housing?
No, Worthy People do not offer transitional housing directly. However, we have partnered with Transitional Facilities and compiled a list of known transitional facilities that you can request on our re-entry page.
Is the support confidential?
Yes, all support is handled with care and confidentiality. We respect privacy and ensure that personal information and conversations are treated with discretion.
Do you offer financial support?
No, unfortunately, as state volunteers, it prohibits us from offering financial support directly to inmates or families of inmates.
Can I talk to someone?
Response times may vary depending on demand and program schedules, but we aim to respond as quickly as possible and provide timely support whenever needs are shared. Due to the demand of hundreds of requests per week and us being a small team that is usually in a prison without access to our communication, which is limited we are unable to respond to every request for communication at this time.
Contact Us
Please keep in mind that you could experience extended response time depending on our schedules in the prisons. Due to not having dedicated staff that are able to handle the hundreds of messages we receive per week, thank you for your patience and understanding.
